Stop Aging? I don’t think so. Wrong message. In fact, I’m here to boldly declare that this is not what I’m trying to do at all. Slow the biological impact of aging factors, yes. Stay as healthy as possible, yes. Stay metabolically and mentally strong, absolutely. Stop all the wisdom that accrues from daily experiences which translate minute-by-minute accumulating into what is known as “our age,” absolutely not. I still have plenty of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual space available to be developed! Whenever I’m asked, ‘What age would you like to go back to?’ My answer is ‘No other age. Just here and now.’ That said, I do want to disrupt how we look at aging. I want to change perceptions and have age valued as the priceless gift it is.
