Hop on the Crazy Train

I’m sure plenty of people think I might be a bit of a flake when I tell them that everything changes when you truly breathe into a moment. But those that opt to jump on my crazy train witness what can happen — the transformation that occurs — simply by stopping and taking a few deep breaths.

Conscious breathing centers us.  It literally makes us feel healthier, happier, wealthier, wiser…and more successful.  

Stopping, closing my eyes and breathing I am still. In the stillness, I remind myself that I live a life of abundance. That abundance is within me and around me. I am filled with abundance and I am one with its essence.

Laugh if you want — or give it a try.  Know that whatever you choose, this fact remains true:  Thoughts and feelings merge to form our perceptions. Our perceptions are the operating system by which we see ourselves, others and the World.  And our perceptions are the very foundation of how we move insights into action…or not.  


So go ahead and laugh with me. Then don’t wait until life puts your head in a tizzy. Stop now, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. While you’re breathing repeat:  “I live a life of abundance.”  Say this whether you believe it or not.  In fact, say it 5-7 times, pacing it with a series of deep inhales and exhales.   

Then, tell me how you feel.
