I offer sessions, in-person, on the phone, by video and also on-site. We start with an initial assessment to clearly define your short and long-term goals. With these forming a foundation for growth, we agree to our strategy for achieving these objectives.

How will working with a perception analyst & hypnotherapist help me personally?
My goal with every client is to help you explore the consequences of holding on to limiting beliefs and to share helpful strategies to overcome these limits for greater self-respect, self-confidence, self-esteem and an overall greater sense of self-worth. Sessions include a mix of discussion and hypnotherapy as well as photo-hypnotherapy, if desired.
Sessions can focus on limiting belief and how they impact each of the following:
Relationship Consequences: Together we will examine how limiting belief may be affecting your personal relationships. For example, if you believe you are unworthy of love, we might explore how this belief impacts your ability to form deep connections and receive love from others. You can also expect me to ask you to consider the potential impact these perceptions have on your friendships, romantic relationships and family dynamics. We will discuss how certain limiting beliefs may influence behavior, communication patterns and overall satisfaction in relationships.
Career/Professional Consequences: Together we can explore how limiting perceptions may be negatively impacting your professional life. For instance, if you believe you are not capable of the success you desire, we might discuss how these thoughts are hurting your career choices, motivation and your ability to pursue growth opportunities. My goal is to help you recognize how certain limiting beliefs or perceptions may lead to self-sabotaging behaviors, missed opportunities or a lack of confidence in your abilities. We will explore the potential consequences of holding onto these beliefs in terms of career advancement, job satisfaction and overall fulfillment and focus our discussions and hypnosis sessions on dismantling this faulty thinking.
Emotional Well-being Consequences: Together we will seek to understand the emotional toll of maintaining limiting perceptions and how certain beliefs may contribute to overwhelming emotions such as sadness, anxiety or low self-esteem. My goal is to help you recognize how some limiting beliefs perpetuate a cycle of self-doubt and negative self-talk. We will discuss the impact this has on overall well-being, including stress levels, self-care practices and the ability to experience joy and fulfillment.
Personal Growth and Development Consequences: I will be encouraging you to reflect on how certain limiting beliefs may be stifling your personal growth and development. We will explore what beliefs may be holding you back from pursuing new experiences, taking risks or stepping outside of your comfort zones. My purpose will be to help you recognize the missed opportunities for learning, self-discovery and self-improvement that result from maintaining the limiting perception. We will discuss the potential consequences of staying within familiar and limited boundaries instead of embracing growth and expansion. Via discussion and hypnosis we will consciously and subconsciously create new pathways towards greater personal growth and development.
Identity and Self-Concept Consequences: Together we will explore and develop conscious understanding of how limiting beliefs may be shaping your personal identity and self-concept. We’ll explore how certain perceptions of yourself and others ultimately impact all of your interactions. I’ll be asking you to consider the potential consequences of defining yourself based on the limiting belief(s). We will discuss the impact of these limiting beliefs on self-image, self-worth and the ability to cultivate a positive and authentic sense of self. Then, via hypnotherapy we will start the process of deleting these beliefs and replacing them with affirming, positive, inspiring, motivating and encouraging beliefs that are based in new, present-day realities.
Life Satisfaction and Fulfillment Consequences: Together, we will be examining the overall impact of any and all limiting beliefs on your overall sense of life satisfaction and fulfillment. Expect to explore how certain unquestioned perceptions may be curtailing your sense of possibility, purpose and meaning in life. I will help you recognize the potential consequences of staying trapped in a cycle of self-limitation. We will discuss the missed opportunities for personal fulfillment versus pursuing passions and living a life aligned with your values and aspirations. We will also embrace the power of your powerful subconscious mind and redirect it towards the life you want and deserve with hypnosis. Bad Habits: Whether its smoking, nail biting, too much caffeine or whatever the vice — yes, hypnosis can help. Many of my clients have experienced remarkable changes that have been either instantly permanent or lasted for years with an occasional “booster” session, as needed.
