A Little Book with Powerful Impact

When I met Judy Katz, I was 24, and she was 44. From the moment we connected, it was like we had known each other forever. For the past 40 years, Judy has been my confidante, my partner in adventure, my rock during life’s storms, and my greatest source of inspiration. I count myself deeply blessed to have her as my best friend—because while life offers us many “friends,” a true best friend is a rare and precious gift.

Our intergenerational friendship has been a treasure trove of love, laughter, and shared wisdom. And yet, as close as we’ve been, I thought I knew Judy better than anyone else could—until I read her new book, From 18 to 84 and Counting: One Woman’s Blueprint for a Joyous Third Act.  It turns out there were stories she never even shared with me.

After ghostwriting 52 books for others, Judy finally decided it was time to tell her own story. And what a story it is! Her book is a celebration of a life well-lived—brimming with unforgettable moments, heartfelt lessons, and wisdom wrapped in humor. It’s a testament to her incredible ability to spread joy and make life richer for everyone lucky enough to know her.

Now, through the pages of this extraordinary book, you get to embark on a journey through her remarkable life and share the friend I hold so dear. Lucky you.  From 18 to 84 and Counting is more than just a great read—it’s a window into the heart of a woman who has mastered the art of living with purpose, passion, and love.  Trust me, once you start, you won’t be able to put it down.  Dive in. You’ll see why I’ve been so blessed to call her my best friend.
