Dian Griesel Perception Analyst: Transforming Results Age is Not a Roadblock

Don’t be afraid when life seems to be moving forward more slowly than you would like. Be afraid of standing still and not growing. Don’t worry, if when you try something new, you stumble, fall or even have to crawl to get to where you want to go. Age is not a roadblock. You can still achieve what you want to achieve. You can push yourself a little harder no matter what is happening. You can choose to do something that will move you forward right now. But you won’t get anywhere you want to go if you opt to stand still. Stagnating is a great drain on your energy as it’s a form of depression, because we are really depressing what we want to do. Instead, when we visualize then put action behind our thoughts, we become invigorated: Anticipation and excitement build in the form of a special kind of energy — even if we’re not exactly sure where we’re going.

Set your direction and go. You’re in the driver’s seat. Keep moving down the road. Don’t worry about going in the wrong direction. You know how to shift. Wherever you’re going, there will be forks in the road. Whether you take the right turn or left, it will be all right and you will have left behind indecision. You can do it. Get moving.
